Tell me about yourself.

Hi, my name is Chloe!  I specialize in training, e-learning, and instructional design.  I love to create “a-ha” moments by translating complex information into simple, engaging language.

How did you get into this field?

While completing my undergraduate in Human Resources Management, I discovered that my old theater hobby made me a natural teacher and trainer. I had creativity and communication skills, and my big stage voice kept learners engaged during trainings and meetings.

Instructional design combined my different skills into one cohesive goal: Creating memorable learning experiences that help people grow.

What skills do you bring to the table?

I am a versatile problem-solver and critical thinker. When working on projects, I focus on the details that will lead to tangible business results. I thrive both as a team player and a self-motivated “department of one”.

I am skilled in developing e-learning, facilitating live/in-person training, graphic design and video production.

Any fun facts?

• My favorite hobbies are drawing, gardening and swing dancing.

• I sang on an episode of Modern Family.

• My favorite coworker is my bulldog, Molly.
